Work methodology

We are transforming: we have grown a lot very quickly. Our goal is to be more efficient and to create a more scalable architecture using microservices. We work in small specialised "pizza" teams focusing on specific areas of the platform, approx. 8 people with a maximum of 5 developers in the team. Our tech stack is based around 3 pillars - PHP, MySQL and JavaScript.
