Emjoy is the audio wellbeing app specialized in female pleasure, designed just for you.
At Emjoy pleasure is our priority, and we understand that it’s not something that starts in the bedroom, it starts with us. We want to normalize female pleasure one audio at a time through content created for women with no-frills, real facts, and tons of fun. Our team of sexual health experts both in-house, and around the world have taken the time to develop 300+ audio well-being sessions for all women.

Cool things about
We are working remotely, but we have an office for when is really needed - like workshops that are better in person or we start to miss each other 😁 We're a start-up but we try really hard to keep the life/work boundaries in place, so there are no extra crazy hours or weekends of work. We're a team of various nationalities and we're working hard to create a nice culture in the team and we're pretty careful of integrating new members that bring value and not only on the profesional level 🤗
Work methodology
Our team has an "horizontal" structure where each team member collaborates with anyone as they see fit or needed.
On the product side we use a pull-kanban methodology, with "sprints" of 2 weeks ( mostly to have a cadence and overview of how everything stands and not in the strict scrum meaning)
Looking for
We are looking for somebody that's interested in designing and creating systems within the constraints of a start-up (sometimes we need to do it right, sometimes we need to do it fast 😅).
Somebody that takes ownership and responsibility of what they're doing, willing to help and adapt to the ever changing situation in the company (start-up life)
Somebody with no ego and no BS 😻
